ABOUT MEMy name is Chris Casson. I live in Brighton after recently moving from a small town called Andover, Hampshire.I have been interested in photography for many years now,taking it to a further step doing it as an A Level. However I have learned more doing my work freelance then I did in the class room.My old teacher Tom Cops had a lot of faith in me, and for that I thank you. I have recently been doing alot of live work for bands such as Gallows. Glassjaw and youmeatsixI got my first big break when the guys from Attack! Attack! gave me the oppertunity to get some live shots of them. Since then some of my work has been used by We are the Ocean and also some other bands have used my live shots.Since then I have not stopped going to shows and getting shots of some amazing bands. I don't just do band photography.I am currently working on my first photography art piece that I will be entering into regional art shows,and maybe even some bigger awards too. At this moment in time I am working to build myself up a portfolio,giving me some solid ground so that I can develop my techniques and skills.I am looking for the opportunity to get myself out there and get shots of what bands love doing making and playing music.
